Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package.
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item

  2. Placing a new order separately once your return is approved


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — no questions asked.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • With tags and original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
